My father died in 1997 and I have a sister who want my father's property equal share even my mother is ready to give share and my mother given complaint that my sister should be given equal share Q1- my mother given complaint that my sister should be given equal share will she get share ans by ,Advocate Arvind Singh sisters are entitle to get equal share from the property of your father if it is a self acquired property of your father, then ur mother has the right first and she can transfer it to whom ever wish to.
