I have a land property witha boundary of a local punchayath road I granted permission to built a road through my land for the use of public to local authorities, Without any documents, I granted permission to build road only,BUt now local authorities trying to grant permission to some other purpose like pilping for water.by disturbing the original purpose.this legal can I protect my intrest
Has the road been built already? How long has it been since the permission was granted? How much portion of property is taken for building a road?Would like to know more facts to give a proper advice.
