I have a doubt that the ink pad used in the register book and document

20-May-2025 (In Property Law)
In 2004, my brother and mother forged my land documents. We found out in 2020 and filed a complaint. The land cell said the fingerprints matched mine, so no action was taken. But I never went to the registrar office—I later learned they took my fingerprint while I was asleep. My brother holds all original documents and made a fake one in 2004. Can I check the register book via RTI? If ink used is different, is it a crime? Is there any way to recover my land legally?

hello, I can well understand your concern from the query raised, if upon, preliminary findings it has been established that the fingerprint matched your then there is no point of further escalation, since the finger print registry and documents are made only at the register office and not outside thank you, you can contact me for further clarifications
