I got married about 18 yrs back. I have disputes with my wife. I don't have any child. My father die

I got married about 18 yrs back. I have disputes with my wife. I don't have any child. My father died 3 yrs back without a will. All properties are self acquired of my father. Now properties got divided in 3 parts. My wife is living in my family's house separately . But there is not a single talk to her. She is now residing to take all of my properties. What should i do to safe my property. I want to transfer all properties to my brother's son.
You need to immediately pass on the Onwership of these properties to some of you close relative. In your case, you’ve already identified your brothers son. The mode of transfer can be either will or gift deed. Gift deed is better in terms of Will and leaves no scope to your wife to complicate things in future.
