I got a 39(1) (2) injuction notice , what applicant file 2 years befor

Hi i got a 39(1)(2) injunction notice, the applicannt file it 2 tears before , The case is my neighbour has pashim nikasi i have purva nikasi from the neighbour has opened side entrance blocking my front entrance, in his registry there is no entry from side entrance, i have only once entrance, he is asking esament and 39(1)(2) that, i should not make boundary wall in my TNC map there is no sode entrance of his too

First of all your neighbour has filed case for permanent injunction too along with 39(1)(2) the easement right only can be claimed if it was enjoyed since long time, right to way is also claimed if there is not any possibility for any other way to enter into property.
