I am facing land grabbing experience.
08-May-2023 (In Property Law)
my neighbour grabbed my 13x42 sqft land in Rajampet,dist kadapa A.P. To get back my land can i file a civil suit for declaration and injuction against encroacher or file criminal case under IPC 441,447,465,467,468 and 506 or both.plz advice.
You will have to continue with the said case, also, you can file an application in the registrar's office for demarcation of land.
