I am facing a property issue

Sir I have purchased land in 1988 about 130 sqyard agreement made on bond paper after some days I made gpa of 67 sq yards and 63 sq yards I kept without making gpa in that land for some days my mother's stayed and now is occupying it she registered land on her name and filed case on me in court now I also registered but what is solution for it the person who sold me 130 sq yards he sold her 63 sq yards please give advice
You can file a civil suit for declaration that the said 63 yds are a part of your total property. Thus, you can file a above-mentioned case.
