Husband died how can i claim share in his property and bank accounts

I donot have any ID or documentation that there mentioned my late husband's name..We are separated two months of our marriage and now he was expired on June 2016 after six years of our marriage.He was working in private company. May be the private company job holder's dont get legalheir after death.So i can not claim or get a legalheir or proof that i am his wife. Please suggest me..I am helpless and dont get any idea what to do? Evertthing is in stock.. My inlaw;s family does not help me or share me anything to me..

until and unless you have any valid document to prove that the person who has died is your husband how can you claim the rights in his property and bank accounts. you need to have a valid bank account to prove it and have a share in it. you would not be issued a succession certificate as well.
