Husband demised without will, in laws threatening to vacate the house

My husband is demiced without writing any will. We have a individual house and 2 open plots and 4 acres of Agri land in his name. I have two minor childrens who is pursuing their studies. Now my mother in law and 2 brothers of my husband thretnening to vacat the house. and they are insisting me to sign on blank papers, I am in helpless condition right now and dont know how to deal the situation. kindly guide us to come out from the issue
You and your children are legal heirs to the property of your deceased father and you should consult an advocate as soon as possible and file a civil suit for claiming your right over your husband’s property. Please do not give your signatures on any blank paper and you can report this incident to the police because your in-laws might try to harm you in some way or the other.
