How to transfer the ownership of bike if seller is dead
11-Feb-2023 (In Property Law)
I purchased a bike from the seller but he had not transferred the ownership on my name. Now it has been so many years and the first owner (seller) is dead. How can I transfer the ownership on my name.
You will have to ask the legal heirs of the deceased seller to apply to a RTO for the transfer of ownership in their name and then you will have to for around 2 months and then get it transferred it into your name.
