How to transfer or gift property to parents

I want to gift transfer my flat in the name of my parents. The property is approximately for 35 lacs. Is it possible? If yes,then what will be the lawyer charges and how much will the stamp duty and registration cost? Will there be any other charges?

Yes you can gift your flat which is an immovable property in the name of your parents. You have to execute a gift deed for the same. Let us know from which area u belong stamp duty differs from place to place
