How to take repossession of rented flat and recovery of dues

I had rented out my flat to an accommodations services company (pvt ltd) As per the contract it was sublet to guests. For three months i was not paid the rent (cheques bounced) and the TDS was cut but not paid. In the end he gave me a cheque for the TDS amount which bounced. I have evicted the boys form my house after giving a termination notice. the keys to my flat is with me but the agents furniture is still there. He is not collecting his furniture nor is he paying the balance. Everything is legal and white from my end. How do i get him to remove the furniture so that i can re use my house and get the money that he owes me?
