How to take back my share from the property that I gave to my brother

Hi, I have a agricultural land which I have given to my brother to it for time being(around 10 Year) and now I am asking my brother to give my property back but now he is denying to do so. I have given letter complaint to the local police station and local police visited twice but no action has been taken. Property is on the name of my 4 brothers(me and 3 brother),2 brothers have already taken their share 10 years ago and the one brother who has taken my share for time being is not giving it back and the same is the issue with the home of native place.
If the partition has not been performed between you and your brother then you will have to file a suit for partition thereby seeking your share in the land but if you have executed any document pertaining to transfer we will have to examine the document and accordingly we can provide you a legal opinion.
