How to stop encroachment on agricultural land by panchayat

Panchayat union people is trying to encroach my sisters PATTA agriculture land(about 10 feet) for road construction. Please provide/help us with ur advice to stop them from encroaching patta land. Thanks in advance!
You may approach the high court by filing a Writ and requesting for directions restraining the panchayat authorities from encroaching upon your land. Put up a public notice at a prominent place on your land claiming ownership.
