How to settle ancestral property claim as per Hindu Laws

1) A Man (with 1 son and 1 girl) married with second wife (already have 2 sons 1 girl from previous husband) after death of his first wife 2) The property was distributed according to family settlement around 10 biswa (total property of around 20 biswa in different location) in different location ( from which 10+7 biswa was given to first wife son and rest three was distributed to three childrens of second wife. But it was on verbally. 3) Now the papers of around 6 biswa is name on the son of first wife (in which it was decided that 4 biswa they will keep and rest 2 will occupy by one son of the second wife under family settlement verbally) 4) now they are taking advantage of the papers that forcing us to empty the house. 5) all the family member who was present at the time of family settlement is against him but no papers is available with us (Now mother in law (wife of first son of first wife wants us to leave the house. kindly guide

Respected Querist , You have n't mentioned whether the property of the man was ancessotral 1 or self acquired or whether the man has married second wife after lega;;y divorce or not ? also you have not mentioned ? kindly give these details.
