How to sell the property of a person in a state of coma

my brother had suffered an accident and since then he is in coma. it has been 3 years. He has some property. Can we sell this property and use the money for his treatment. What is the process for this as the property is in his name? Can his wife take any legal course to initiate this sale of property?
Dear Sir, Ever person has a right to life and a right to die with dignity. Hence in the present case the wife of the patient can file before the hon'ble court requesting them to appoint her as a guardian of her husband for the purpose of managing and selling the immovable property and movable property as her husband is stated to be in a condition of coma.
