Hello, Thanks in advance who replies me..... Myself Somesh from Chennai....We have a property owned by our great grandmother... My great grandmother had 3 sons & 3 daughters.... Everyone passed away.... Now her grandsons are utilizing the property.... Everyone are interested to sell the property.... What are the certificates and steps need to be taken
yes you have to apply for the legal heir ship certificate for the property holders then all the legal heirs are entitled to get the share of the property, the parent documents and the encumbrances certificate have to be taken into and can get the court order for you are all the successors if the property then you can. sell the property
