How to sell a property when co owner (wife) is not ready to sell

I have 2 properties and my wife's name is as co. Owner, we have fights going on from long tym as she is jus after my money and very demanding, v r almost at the verge of divorce. But I'm bankrupt fulfilling her demands and to pay BK debts I need sell my property. But she is not allowing me to do so. What can be done in this scenario. I've not yet filled divorce but will do so after selling property.
You will need her consent to sell off these properties as she is a coowner. You must try and strike a settlement with her where you both can go for mutual consent divorce after selling off the properties and taking the shares.
