How to remove brother's name from property if papers with bank

Property papers are laying with bank and I want to remove my brother name from the legal papers as he is not contributing anything in the loan from starting pls guide.
You can not remove your brother name from property but you can claim loan instalment paid by you as your brother loan instalment share, if he is not paid any amount after completion of laon then you can claim some of share as per loan instalment paid by you.
