How to recover property registered via gift deed

 adopted by my parents 1989,as they could not have kids. the adopted father died at 1995, my mother due to his relation with a person had delivered a boy in 1992, He changed his name to  his biological father through Maharashtra gazette currently in Nov 29 2017 my mother died and to my notice came that AKshay and his biological fat her did a gift deed of property my adopted father had purchased in my absence on 24 Nov2017 and also got it registered on 27nov 2017.kindly help me in this matter to deal with this situation.

1. Firstly , If such property is registered through Gift Deed then you got that registered gift deed to make an simple application to the registrar & paste with court fee ticket & nominal fees for searching & got registered gift deed.

2. Then , Your share in such property & subject to part of your share in the property as per your Succession & Legal heir , then you challenge the Registered Gift Deed in Small cause court / Civil Court .

3. You can challenge the registered gift deed in court of law as per jurisdiction of Small cause/ Civil court whatever .

4. After challenging the gift deed in court you can recover your share in the property .
