How to protect father's property from being sold by elder brother

Sir I have 5 brothers and 2 sisters. My older brother [married ] is cruelly minded he wanted to sell the property which in the name of my father. So can we register our property to my sister [ unmarried ]. If I do so is there any problems I will face. And how to protect my father property from my brothers. Because they spend a lot of money than they had. Please suggest me?
