How to prevent encroachment on land

we.live in 2 floors bungalow where on ground floor.my grandfather lives..1st floor..my dads brother..means my uncle lives with his family..2nd floor my dad and our family lives.. My grandfather and father together want to open shops on the ground floor..the land is registered in name of my Grandfather..but in construction of 2 floors of bungalow..my father paid 90% and my uncle chacha paid 10% only..now my grandfather and father together wants to open shops on ground floor..can my chacha interfere in making shops?because chacha paid 10% in construction of home?

as the land is in the name of your grandfather and he being the absolute owner of the land, he can construct anything he wants to. ( only if the land is not ancestral and a self acquired land). it would be better if the shops are made with the consent of all the family members which would avoid dispute in future.
