How to obtain NOC to convert residential property into commercial ?

Good Evening, I have a independent free hold residential property in one of the corner plot of my society. I wish to convert the same into Commercial property. There is a 7.5 m society road touching my house in front through society and a 7.5- 9 m road connecting my house at the back side ( road is part of the private property of apartments constricted at the back side of my house) connecting to 24 meter TP road. I wish to know 1. what role does a society of association of person( it is not a registered cooperative society ) play in providing NOC in the conversion of residential property to commercial property. 2 Can they have objection even if i get my property commercial. I have done no changes in my property and has been allotted to me as per the guidelines of residential property as allotted to me by the builder. Please guide.
