How to make stepmother vacate the property after death of parents

My mother expired in 2012 and father recently in 2018.we are the only 2 daughters of our parents.we know that we have the sole right on the properties which is on our mother's name .Do we need a heirship certificate to remove our stepmom from the house which is legally on our mother's name.we belong to Islam religion.my stepmom has no kids.
