How to legally distribute deceased parents property?
30-Aug-2023 (In Property Law)
I have two sisters, one married in 1984 and another one is unmarried. I am only son of my parents have wife and one child. We are Hindu by religion. My father and mother expired in 1999 and 2014 respectively. There is land adjacent to house in the name of my father and land in the name of my mother. Both are self acquired by our father. Bank securities of my father and ornaments of my mother are with my unmarried sister. We need legal separation of all the assets.

Dear Client,
As per the details provided by you , I would like to suggest you that all the movable and immovable properties left behind by your parents shall be divided into three equal shares and for doing it legally you can execute a registered deed of partition amongst you all.
