How to go about partition of property with vested interests

My father is 4 brothers. My grandmother died six months ago. My grandfather died long ago. We belong to Hindu religion. There are some property which have been left by my grand parents. Now we want the property to be divided among the four sons of my grand parents. But now the other three uncles are not giving us our share . What should I do now.
You will have to obtain a legal heir certificate after that you will have to file a suit for partition in the jurisdictional civil court.
