How to gift property and remove daughter rights from the property.

We are 5 siblings, 2 brothers and 3 sisters our property is in our mother's name and she want to gift the property sons, in my name and my brothers name but we fear that after demise of my mother our sisters may claim for their rights in property, so our mother wants to bedakhal the daughters from the property while simultaneously conducting gift deed. So we want to know how can this be done
in such a case, your mother can execute an affidavit stating that she disowns her daughter/s for whatever reasons she wants to disown them. after that she may publish the said affidavit in 2 newspapers which will serve as a public notice of having disowned. then the gift deed can be made.
