how to get share in father's property after marriage

i am a married women , i have 6 sisters and 2 brothers , my father have 9 acer land. i want share in father land i am belongs to sc cast my father is alive
Yes, u can get your share in father properties if ur desire to execute your rights .as per Hindu law a daughter can get ur share after filing a suit under huf. Are u interested in execute ur right u can appoint an aDvocate then if ur brother is objected u can apply for injunction then all property are appoint under receiver .

if your father property is ancentral you may file partion suit in civil court .if your father aquire such property his self income you did not have no right but another remedy is available for you but its own risk
