How to get share certificate from secretary as per the will

My father in law executed a will stating 50/50 partnership for both his sons. What documents are to be submitted to the Secretary and how long does the process take. Thank you

One has to give photo copy of will along with coverletter addressing him to grant an NOC .
As far as time is concern as soon as the secatery & chairm signs it will be done.
