How to get possession of property mentioned in the will

Possession and ownership are two different things. On the basis of the will you will have to file a probate petition before the appropriate court (according to the jurisdiction). Once probate is obtained you will have the legal right to get an illegal possessor including your uncle evicted from the said property.
