How to get name changed in mutation after death of parent (owner)

02-Jul-2023 (In Property Law)
If the parent (on whose name the property was purchased) dies, then how to get the name changed in mutation (dakhil kharij). At the time when the property was purchased by parent, at that time also the name of parent was not included in dakhil kharij (mutation was not done) due to lack of sufficient knowledge of the parent. But house tax is being paid regularly. Now the child (not minor) wants to get the dakhil kharij in his name (mutation in his name). How to get it done ? What is the process and procedure for the same ?
