How to get information on ownership of agricultural land

Dear sir, I own 15 acres of agriculture land in Beed district. but Talathi (village accountant is saying that own only 7 gunta. Also he is asking for 3000 rupees per acre to get 7/12 papers. He is asking for 35000 INR to give my papers clearly. Please help me on this issue. I get clear information on mahabhulekh.com that i own 15 acres what should I do on this issue. Please guide me to salve this problem.
There is form in talathi office attached 5 rupees stamp paper on it. And give Rs. 15/- only to get the 7/12 extract certified copy. No need to do any thing just say i have informed ACB for bribe amount.
