How to get back the property from DRT possession

I am purchased apartment house on 2011 from Mr.X and MR.Y (X purchased on 2002 from builder) X gave power of attorney to Mr. Y, this is first document have EB card (uds 280), After purchase I stayed one year in that apartment mean while SBI bank along police came and done SARFAESI ACT on my apartment house in .2012 ,I shocked and asked the bank they said on this house Mr. A took a loan and not paid partial amount, the loan is taken by A with the duplicate document of my house on the year .2003 with the uds 270 with the help of Mr. builder, so I filed a case against builder,Mr A (taken loan from sbi with duplicate document, ) in crime branch.The crime branch also arrested the builder and A ,but still case in drt,drat,highcourt etc still i didnt get justice,tell me how to move to open my house immeditely,genuine way i purchase but still I get justice

Dear sir,

as the matter is pending before the Hon'ble Court. We need to check all your documents at what stage the matter is pending and the property seized by the Debt Recovery Tribunal can the possession be handed over to you or not. As the sale agreement is void as per my understanding of your query. You can move an application in the court asking for possession of the house.
