How to get Anticipatory order by court

Our house is a load bearing building. It is our father's self earned property. My brothers have gone to court and it is now at the level of FDP.Judgement is awaited. The building equally.divided by meats and bounds.I am alone with my wife residing in this house.Now if judgment is by meat and bounds the brothers will demolish their share of which pose a life threat to us because the roof may collapse. Can I get a court order so that they don't demolish.
First and the foremost you will have to gather enough materials to show that your brothers intend to demolish their part of the property which will affect your property and causes life threats. This can be ascertained by collecting any sketches and information to show that your brother intends to demolish. Then you can file a suit for injunction with an application seeking temporary injunction not to demolish.
