How to find in roads in development agreement

I entered in development agreement with land owners giving them 4 flats out of 8 flats to the owners and the selling rights of remaining flats are with me , now I want to keep two flats for myself , guide me how to do this
In the given situation, you can sell away the said two flats in your favour by registering a sale deed in your favour.
