How to file a suit for inheritance of property

Hello, My father bought all the land(agricultural land) on the names of his parents(my grandparents).My father and grandparents all are dead.Now my uncle has form a team and selling all the land, those all land belong to my father.From the past 14 years he is utilising all the land and keeping all the earnings and now he is selling them.1)What legal options i have?? 2)the land is in Bihar and we stay in kolkata, and we could not visit the place as we have got life threats and being a girl its more risky.So is it possible to deal with the case from Kolkata???we follow islam. Or visiting Bihar is mandatory? Please reply
In your case, you will have to obtain a legal heir certificate from the tehsildar of your Taluka and then file s civil suit claiming your share in the property. Yes, you will have to attend the proceedings in the court having jurisdiction over the property.
