How to execute the will?

My grandfather has made a will under which i have a right on 25% of the property located in Chandigarh and the balance is divided between my uncle and my cousins. How can i get this property transferred in my name ?
Will operates after the death of the executant( one who had made the will). Hence you need to take a copy of the will along with the death certificate of the executant to the estate office. As per the conditions of the will the property will be transferred to the names of the beneficiaries if the will is not challenged by anybody who is significant to the property.
