How to ensure 100% COMPLIANCE OF MONEY DECREE if builder got insolvant

decree order for recovery of money pronounced by consumer forum in feb 2023.
execution case is undergoing since last 2 years recovered around 35% . insolvency process initiated. but as per latest supreme court order dated 4th march,2025 IBC Monomorium cannot shield the builder.
case is undergoing in consumer forum but some people advice to put claim before IRP but i am in dilemma whether to file claim and same notify to court but it may weaken the case.
because i want 100% recovery which

Continue Execution Proceedings Before Consumer Forum ,File a Parallel Claim With IRP ,Seek interim reliefs such as Attachment, etc., through Consumer Forum.
