How to enforce partition of ancestral property

mr. late A had made his will in which he transferred his property to his grandson B. A had two sons late1-C and late 2-D. B is son of D. mr. late C has two sons 1) late E and 2)F. E and F lodged case against B for property. After some years, E lodged an attempt to murder case against B. After that E and B compromised and E got his share of property as result of withdrawl of ipc 302 against B. Now mr. F want his share of property. I am mr. F.

You will have to talk to Mr. B regarding the partition of the said property, if he denies then you can file a suit for partition in the jurisdictional civil court, after obtaining legal heir certificate from the tehsildar's office.
