26-May-2023 (In Property Law)
My father has a immmovable property in his individual name and he has self earned it . He wished to give it to me out of love and affection For this we have done the following 1. Made a will and registered it 2. Made myself a nominee for that property clearly mentioning I wil be legal heir of the property 3. Made s gift deed and registered it Anything else I need to do to avoid any further family dispute
