How to divide jointly acquired land property

Hello I am from patna bihar,i want to know about legal procedure of settlement of my joint acquired property dispute ,my father was younger of my 3 uncles(included) all are doing goverment job and purchase some land with all three's name on it , my father is passed away in 2011 and we are decided to divide the land and all that but other family member as my uncle are not want to settlement this issue .we are trying to settle this matter through negotiation but they always trying to skip this matter and the always talk about there priority to decide the time to settlement but the abscond at meeting please help me to do
