Property background My late grandfather brought the dry land of 0.75 acre (app 30000 sq. Feet) out of 7 acres of undivided land in the year 1952. Out of 7 acres of undivided land, now 6 acres of land are divided accordingly and registered respectively to the land owner. Original documents 1) Sale deed for 0.75 acre (undivided) dry land at 1952 (Old patta number was also mentioned in the document) 2) In distribution of property document (1962) also, the same details have been mentioned.
