How to deal with NOC made without mutual consent

If a brother has taken No Objection of his sister with regard to the property of their deceased parents by fraud, then what action should the sister take to get the NOC canceled?
Dear Querist,
A suit can be filed to nullify the NOC. Further, the sister can file a Partition suit for getting her share in the properties which are in the name of the Deceased parents. The document i.e. NOC need to be verified for further advice/suggestions.
