How to correct khasra girdawari of a land and put it on my name

Greetings sir! I purchased an agricultural land 10 yrs ago at that time the land prices were slagging off and I got all the relevant documents viz. Jamabandi , Sale deed, Intkal etc but suddenly one party claimed that it's his ancestors land and I have illegally purchased that land and he appealed in court and the court granted permanent injunction against my property this person only had a document called khasra girdawari in which his deceased father's name is written I want to know that how to correct that khasra girdawari and put it in my name and how relevant is that for selling my land and what can be the outcomes if I don't alter it?
You can, personally or through your lawyer, submit an application to the CRO-cum- AC II grade for the correction of  Khasra Girdawari . Respondents are summoned who submit reply. After this both the lawyers argue. Applicant submits documentary evidence in support of his possession over the land. Then, respondent submits documentary evidence. Disputed Land is then inspected in presence of both the parties and required officials. On the basis of argumetns, evidence and facts, the possession is decided. Patwari is informed of the decision, which is incorporated in the record.
