How to claim right on ancestral property

12-Apr-2023 (In Property Law)

My great grandfather had two sons A and B. Again A have three sons and B have only one son. The sons of A told us that your grandfather sold all your share and we get it back that time. They also said that you don't have right to claim your share and denied to give. Further., the land is 9acre and still in the name of great grandfather. Please help us

As per your query, if it was your ancestral property you have full right to claim share in it since it is still in your great grandfather's name.
