How to claim property from father when threatning to disown

30-Jun-2023 (In Property Law)
My father has a self acquired property. After death of my mother, my father married once again. Now I am in relationship with a girl of Lower caste. We both want to marry but my father and stepmother are denying. Due to this disturbance I want to split off from my family. And my father is denying to give any of the property. Is there any rule or law for my consequences?

you have no right on your father's self acquired property. in case the property would be ancestral in nature then you would had right in the property and could have claimed it. but it being self acquired you cannot claim it until and unless your father transfers it or gifts it or rights a will in your favour.

In self acquired property you have no right .this is your fathers self acquired property,if it is belongs to inherited property then you have to right to acquire or share in his property.so in this matter there is no legal way.
