How to change name on Mutation register if property sold wrongfully

Dear Sir, Ejectment suit has been filed on our 30 x 40 house in which we have been staying from 1999 onwards. The total area of 38 guntas in which our house is there has been sold to a third party in 2006 by changing the name in the mutation register. We are fighting the case legally. Kindly advice as to how can we save our 30 x 40 house.
