How to change name in allotment letter

Flat is allotted on mothers name under SRA - Mother has passed away - Agreement not yet signed. What is the process to change allotment on Son's name. How to inform SRA and what is the process to get the title on Son's name? is any other document work required? Can i get sra allotment letter online?

4. Following documents are required to be submitted (formats give inside).

a) Affidavit regarding survived legal heirs from the transferee on n on judicial stamp paper of Rs. 10/- duly attested.
b) Relinquishment Deed on Rs. 100/- non-judicial stamp paper duly Registered with sub-registrar.
c) Undertaking from the transferee on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 10/- duly attested.
d) Indemnity bond from the transfer fee on Rs. 100/= non-judicial stamp paper duly attested by Notary Public.
e) Death certificate in original.
f) No Objection Certificate from the employer/Govt. loan paying agency, if house building advance obtained.
g) Documentary evidence of Relationship i.e., attested photocopy of : a. School Leaving Certificate or b. Passport etc. and c. Ration Card
