dear sir i want to registered some house land 0.03cents , i was given 1.5l in advance , now i am not interest to stop registration what can do.. is the money given back to me
if the written agreement is written you can seek the clause which meant to cancel the agreement and you can through a regsitered lawyers notice may return the advance amount and can intimate the buyer about the cancellation of agreement of sale
