how to cancel the gift deed if donee is expired.

there is a residential flat acquired in joint name of father-mother and son. The father, without consent of other two joint holders has gifted his share to his brother. now the brother is expired. can father cancelled said gift deed (if yes then how) or the legal heir of the deceased brother can have the right over the said gifted share.
Dear Sir,
The Gift deed can be cancelled only by the Order of the court in appropriate proceedings on the basis of very limited grounds if the property has been transferred on the basis of the Gift Deed.
In this case if the Gift Deed is not aside by the court, the legal heirs of the Donee have have rights in the property.
